Man Dies In Garden Grove Workplace Accident

A 49-year-old machine operator died after he was crushed by a circular knitting machine.
 
The Orange County industrial accident occurred at American Apparel in Garden Grove at about 2:39 p.m. on Friday, August 19.  Tuan Phan was operating the circular knitting machine when he became stuck in the device.  He died thirty minutes after the accident.
