Twenty-four-year-old Patricia Starr, of Moreno Valley, was reportedly traveling west in the eastbound lanes of Highway 60 in a 2006 Chevrolet Impala before heading north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 215, where she collided with the Toyota Corolla Bautista-Villegas was driving. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Emergency responders extricated Starr and her female passenger from the wreckage and transported them to area hospitals to receive treatment for moderate to major trauma. Authorities determined that Starr was under the influence of alcohol and are investigating the accident.
