Auto v bicycle collision in intersection when a car jumped the light, only soft tissue injury from the accdient, but frightening experience.

Our client was riding through an intersection in Manhattan Beach, California when he was struck by a car that had just received the green light on the adjacent street. Our client entered the ntersection on a green changing to yellow light and had not had enough time to clear the intersection before being struck by the other car.  Fortunately his injuries were not significant and he made a full recovery.  The defendant had limited insurance but tendered the policy limits after expert testimony demonstrated the other driver "jumped the green light."
