Bicycle vs auto accident causing broken ankle.
Our client was riding his bicycle on PCH in Laguna Beach, when the defendant failed to yeild causing a collison. Our client sustained a leg fracture and arm and leg abrasions. The defendant admitted liability but disputed the reasonableness of damages. In a non binding arbitration the arbitrator awarded $67,500 for the fracture and injuries and the case was setted thereafter for the award.
