Client on Bicycle facial injury on roadway defect.

On the way to work in the early morning, our client was riding his bicycle in Fountain Valley California.  As he appraoched railroad tracks, his front wheel locked into a formed crease between two plastic street plates, causing him to be thrown over the handlebars and onto the street.  He sustained facial injury that required 6 months to heal.
