Client struck by bus while starting to cross a street.

A woderful client ws waiting to cross the street to attend a party.  She had baloons in her hand.  When the light turned green, she began to step out, when a buis grazed her and knocked her to the ground.  She was not seriously hurt, but did sustain neck and back injury.  The bus driver contended that the buis was already in the intersection on a yellow light, legally, and had a right to continue to pass through the intersection. They contended our client stepped out without looking.   We located bus riding witnesses that supported our position that the bus driver actually ran a red light. The case was settled shortly after discovering these riders.  We found them becasue they were regulars on the bus.
