Drowning victim's family recovers from landowner.

In a sad case of drowning, our client's son was at the house of another caregiver.  Apparently the 4 year old went out the front door and climbed through the fence, drowing in the shollow end of the pool.  The apartment complex had porly mainteained the pool area and fencing and the caregiver had not done what was necessary to protect the child from injury.
