In this unusual circumstance, the motorist pulled to the intersection and stopped for traffic at the light in Huntington Beach, California.  Our client, on a bicycle, was waiting for the green light at the corner to proceed straight.  As the light turned green and before our client could pull from the curb, the driver executed a right turn while looking to her left, striking our client.  He sustained leg and thigh bruising, and a knee injury that resolved without surgery.  The case settled for the policy limits of the driver.
