Discovery is the exchange of information between parties about their claims and defenses.  Discovery takes the form of interrogatories, request for production, depositions, medical examinations, and requests for admissions in most accident and injury.  Each of those will be discussed separately.

Discovery, however, is an opportunity for you to learn all of the defenses that a person is submitted through use of a form issued by judicial council, or separate special interrogatories and request for production and questions that are designed to identify the facts, documents, and information that is available to each person in defense or prosecution of their claim.
