Car careens off rhighway and catches fire: causes death of driver.

Pomona California, November 13, 2009
On the eastbound Pomona (60) Freeway, at 3:30 a.m. this morning, a car careened over the side of a freeway embankment west of Grand Avenue. The car caught fire killing the occupant. There are no details about the cause of the accident, or why the car lost control. Typically, a car careens off the highway when either the occupant falls asleep or another car cuts it off and an evasive maneuver is taken, The California Highway Patrol is investigating.
