Fallbrook: Three Injured in Head-On Collision

Shortly after 7 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2014, three people were injured in a head-on collision in Fallbrook. The crash, which involved an SUV and a truck, occurred near the intersection of Reche Road and Camino Zara. The impact caused the sport utility vehicle to roll over and sent the truck into a ditch. Emergency responders transported three people to the hospital.
