Garden Grove high school students injured in prom night accident

The accident occurred early on Sunday morning at the intersection of West Street and Reva Lane. The 4 teenages, all students at Marina High School, had been at their prom at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim. They were leaving the hotel, when the 18-year-old driver swerved to miss another car. He lost control of the vehicle and hit a parked truck.
All four students were taken to UCI medical center for treatment of minor injuries.
A second car was stopped at the scene. The driver was questioned by police. The two cars may have been racing.
