Lake Elsinore: One Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash
Posted on Dec 27, 2012
Shortly before 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 23, one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Lake Elsinore. The collision occurred at Collier Avenue and Nichols Road. Firefighters freed the vehicle occupant from the wreckage, and paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital. Authorities are investigating the accident.
“When a motor vehicle collision results in injury, the negligent driver may be held liable for the expense of the victims’ recoveries,” explained California car accident lawyer James Ballidis, “such as for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.”
Traffic collisions claimed the lives of or caused injury to 168 people in Lake Elsinore in 2010, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety’s most current statistics. The OTS compares the traffic data of cities with populations of a similar size, giving those with the poorest records the highest rankings, with 1st place considered the worst. That year, Lake Elsinore ranked 64th out of 103 cities for traffic safety.
All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the person who was injured in the two-vehicle collision.
