Mission Viejo: One Critically Injured in Rollover Accident

Authorities received reports this morning of a rollover accident on El Toro Road near Glenn Ranch Road in Mission Viejo. Firefighters arrived to find two people trapped in their vehicle. Once released, they were transported to nearby hospitals; one of the vehicle occupants was in critical condition, explains an Orange County injury attorney. 

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s 2009 Traffic Safety Facts, 33,808 people were killed and 2,217,000 injured in traffic accidents. Rollover accidents accounted for 35.4% of the fatalities suffered by the occupants of passenger cars and light trucks.
