New Huntington Beach Law Has Residents Divided

Huntington Beach city officials recently finalized an ordinance that will charge nonresidents for emergency services, such as having firefighters respond to the scene of an accident or extricating an individual from a car wreck. Residents of the city stand divided on whether the new law will be beneficial.
