Pacifier is linked to choking hazard.  Here is the product to avoid.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is advising parents and caregivers to immediately stop providing “My Baby Soother” pacifiers to their children.
T & L Trading Corp., has been importing the product.  Unfortunately the nipples can separate from the base easily, and quickly become a choking hazard to toddlers.  Strangely, T & L Trading has refused to recall these pacifiers.  Therefore it is up to us to spread the word and put them out of business.
Bronx, Brooklyn, Broadway, and Coney Island of New York from August 2007 through July 2009 were the areas of sales and distribution in discount stores, and sold for about $1.
