Pacoima: Drunk Driver Caused Wrong-Way Freeway Crash

Shortly before 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 27^th, a drunk driver caused a wrong-way crash on the 5 Freeway in Pacoima. While traveling south in the northbound lanes, he collided with a truck and several other vehicles, seriously injuring four people. The man suffered minor injuries and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Authorities are investigating the accident, explains a California personal injury lawyer.

The OTS compares the accident statistics of counties with similar populations, ranking those with the poorest records the highest. Placing 1^st is considered the worst. That year, Los Angeles placed 1^st out of 13 counties with similar populations.
