Redlands: Car Accident Injured Two
Posted on Jun 25, 2012
At about 12:40 p.m. on Monday, June 25th, a car accident injured two people in Redlands. The collision occurred on San Timoteo Canyon Road between Fern Avenue and Alessandro Road when a vehicle veered into the oncoming traffic of the opposing lane and struck another vehicle. Paramedics transported both drivers to a local hospital. Authorities are investigating the accident.
“Car accident victims have rights and options,” explained California personal injury lawyer James Ballidis, “and may seek compensation from the negligent party for the cost of their recovery.”
Redlands accounted for 4 of the 192 fatalities and 644 of the 10,983 injuries suffered by motor vehicle occupants in crashes that occurred throughout San Bernardino County in 2009, according to the California Highway Patrol’s most current data. Redlands ranked 3rd out of 104 cities with similar populations for its incidence of fatal and injury collisions that year. The California Office of Traffic Safety ranks cities with the poorest safety records the highest, with 1st place being the worst.
All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the two people who were injured in the car accident.
The Press-Enterprise originally reported this Redlands collision.
