Posted on May 17, 2012
Shortly before 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 17th, a car accident involving entrapment injured three people in Somis. Two vehicles collided near the intersection of East Los Angeles Avenue and Price Road, the impact trapping one of the vehicle occupants in the wreckage. Paramedics transported three people to the hospital to receive treatment for moderate trauma.
“After a car accident causing injury, the victims may seek compensation for expenses related to their medical treatment and recovery from the at-fault driver,” explained California personal injury attorney James Ballidis.
Traffic collisions claimed the lives of 50 motor vehicle occupants and injured another 4,259 throughout Ventura County in 2009, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. Crashes that occurred across the state that year killed a total of 2,373 occupants and injured 207,651.
All of us at Allen, Flatt, Ballidis, and Leslie would like to wish a full recovery to the three people who were injured in the car accident involving entrapment.
