Temecula: Two Seriously Injured in Crash

Posted on Nov 10, 2014

Shortly before 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014, two people were seriously injured in a crash in Temecula, reported The Press-Enterprise. The two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Amarita Way and Pio Pico Road. One of the victims had to be extricated from the wreckage. Emergency responders transported the victims to area hospitals to receive treatment for injuries ranging from moderate to major. The crash is under investigation.

Motor vehicle crashes claimed the lives of or caused injury to 460 people in Temecula in 2011, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety. The OTS compares the crash data of cities with similarly sized populations, giving those with the poorest records the highest rankings, starting at 1st place. That year, Temecula ranked 27th out of 55 cities with populations of between 100,001 and 250,000 for its incidence of fatal and injury car crashes.

The victims of traffic collisions may file personal injury claims against the at-fault parties in order to be compensated for the expenses related to their recoveries. For more information, please call 888-752-7474 or contact us online.
